 Warranty and Returns

The warranty applies to all items on the website.

7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If you receive an item that is not working, damaged (non-human factor), or not what you ordered, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide photo or video proof of the issue. Once confirmed, you can contact us at **info@sonoffegypt.com** for RMA authorization. We will either resend a new item (with shipping costs covered by us) or issue a full refund upon receiving the returned item. 

Note: A shipping receipt is required when returning the item. Sonoff Egypt reserves the right to refuse returns if our Support Center determines that the item is not DOA. Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

 Brand Warranty

-  **6-years limited warranty** applies to all SONOFF products. The warranty covers defects or damages from the date of production. If a defect occurs, please follow the **Return & Exchange Process** and provide a clear photo or video of the issue. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, and after paying the shipping cost (with proof), we will resend a new item within 7 days.

-  2- year warranty on EWELINK products

-  The warranty on Sonoff products includes a guarantee against breakage or burning, so that the customer has the right to replace the defective product It was burned at 50% of its official price announced on the website

- One year warranty on TUYA products or any other product other than the above

 

Note: We do not cover refunds or repairs for misuse, mishandling, or other abnormal use.

Return & Exchange Process

1. **Submit a Repair Form**: Include clear photos or videos of the defective item, your order number, screenshot, and return receipt (if applicable). Attachments must be less than 20MB; larger files can be sent to **info@sonoffegypt.com**.
   
2. **RMA Authorization**: Within 2 days of receiving the returned product, Sonoff Egypt will confirm whether a return, refund, or exchange is applicable. We will provide shipping details for approved returns.

Returned Shipping Costs

1. **Within 30 Days**: For quality issues (non-human factor), Sonoff Egypt covers the return shipping costs.
   
2. **For No Reason Returns**: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they return or replace an item for no reason within 14 days.
   
3. **Between 30 Days and 1 Year**: For quality issues, customers cover the return shipping costs.

Sonoff Egypt will refund the shipping cost upon receiving a valid return receipt. Refunds for return shipping without a valid receipt will not be accepted. Returns must be via Sonoff Egypt-approved shipping methods.

Exemption Disclaimer

The following conditions are not covered by After Sale Services:

1. Items beyond the warranty period.
2. Incorrect address provided by the customer.
3. Lack of sufficient proof of the issue.
4. Damage caused by customer misuse or reasons not related to product quality.

No Compensation Available For:

1. Natural wear and tear.
2. Items damaged by customer misuse beyond the warranty period.
3. Items that have been modified, flashed, or customized.
4. Requests based on subjective or unacceptable reasons.
5. Return and replacement requests without RMA authorization.

Unless otherwise specified, the original packaging and all accessories (battery, charger, user manual, etc.) must be included in the return package. Missing parts or accessories will require compensation.
